These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of booking services provided by Salty Cedar Ocean Adventures ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment, making a payment, or participating in any of our tours or charters, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We offer guided ocean-based experiences including, but not limited to, fishing charters, whale watching tours, and wildlife excursions departing from Ucluelet, BC. Descriptions of tours, durations, and pricing are listed on our booking platform.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are handled through SquareUp Appointments.
  • A valid credit card is required to reserve your spot.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure receive a full refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings.
  • If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future booking.

4. Safety

  • All participants must follow the captain's safety instructions at all times.
  • Failure to comply may result in the termination of your trip without refund.
  • Life jackets are provided and must be worn when directed.

5. Eligibility

  • Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • You must be physically capable of safely boarding and disembarking the vessel.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or conduct concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we prioritize safety and professionalism, ocean-based activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you accept all personal risk and agree that Salty Cedar Ocean Adventures is not liable for injury, loss, or damages except in cases of gross negligence.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
